Normand Boucher Community Arboretum Tours and Activities

The room was clean, the underground parking was in not. The elevator door wouldn't open twice and the alarm was sounded I was only rescued when another hotel guest hit the button to open the door from the outside. The staff did not hear the alarm and were totally unconcerned when the situation was reported to them. Neither of the two t.v.'s in the room were set to work. The desk lamp was broken An interior door would not shut. The ice machine was not working Breakfast was good but I had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and service
