The hotel staff were great but some amenities that make a hotel comfortable were not available. The pool is closed, the ice machine is out of order, the cold vending machine was out of order. These might be things to let your guests know about ahead of time.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. Our first visit went much better. This time our room had a big hole in the ceiling where you could see pipes, the pullout out bed felt like sleeping on a bed of rocks, the toilet was clogged and the pool was still not up and running which made our three kids very unhappy after a 13 hour day of driving. The staff however were super friendly.

The room was good clean and spacious, the only problem i had was waking up to a vacuum at 830 am . We were caught up in a storm the night before and never got to sleep until 2 am so i found that very annoying.
