The room was comfortable. The best part was the breakfast coupon for the Ricky’s Restaurant that’s attached to the hotel. A full breakfast is included in the price of the hotel. Peace River is a beautiful spot to stop along the way to the NWT.

Overall a decent place. It’s clean but dated. I believe it was Robbie who checked us in, he was very friendly and accommodating by switching our room to a main floor when he saw we were travelling with a senior with a walker who couldn’t do stairs. The complimentary breakfast was at Ricki’s Restaurant attached to the hotel, which was very good.

In mid August it has been very muddy. 99% of it is outside but floor in room had a few fine particals rest of room was very clean. Had dinner it was good. Breakfast was included and very good. Door knob in bathroom was very loose but still worked. Parking was good we had SUV with boat trailer ample parking.

This hotel was fine . It's old and in need of updating. It was clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rickies Restaurant is attached and had great food all the staff were amazing.Good value for the money.

Unfortunately our one night stay was not the best. The benefit of staying here was simply the complementary breakfast although service at Ricki’s could have been better. It was slow and no check-ins for refills, etc. once you got your food service was done pretty much. The employee checking us in was not very pleasant. We had difficulty finding the room and he seemed annoyed having to explain it to us twice. Definitely had better customer service at other hotels in the town. Hallways to the rooms are dated, carpet looks old and dirty. Rooms looked somewhat updated but our room included quite a bit of hair on the floor - so much it was noticeable right away. Cleanliness is an area for improvement. Overall, not my best experience.
