"Breakfast is no good"

"Hotel is very nice, friendly staff. Onsite parking. Heat didnt work so changed rooms, solved. Then wifi didnt work. 5 min walk to Prudential Center. The area around hotel is dirty, wouldnt feel safe walking around late at night. "

"The room is clean, staff are not so friendly. Food is good specially their home fries. "

"Room was new, clean, and spacious (Studio two beds). Pool was warm and clean. Only one staff attending the pool, and staff was mostly on the phone. So if you are in a pool with small kids, make sure to watchout for other teenagers with little to no awareness about anyone else. Breakfast was good. Staff were all nice. "

"No Breakfast. Bagels for sale for $5/each. Nonsmoking rooms smelt smokey. Toilet splashed whenever flushed. Shower wouldn't drain properly. Towels were dirty before use. Refrigerator was plugged in but didn't work."

"Front desk was not as friendly, room was too hot, no blankets in the room, the only nice ppl were the housekeepers, calling front desk was horrible because they never answered, I had to go down my self to talk to someone."
