Our room smelled of mildew and had a dehumidifier that had to be emptied 4 times during our stay. There were no other rooms available to switch. The room should not have been used until the problem was resolved. We also had requested an early check-in, but it was not available. During that time, someone should have worked on preparing the room, or at least be apologetic about the conditions.
