"Staff very courteous, room clean and quiet, rain shower is spectacular, and breakfast is delicious (one of the best I ever had). My only suggestion for future guests is not to rent a car if you’re going to visit Madrid. The streets are not easy to drive, you can end up with an accident or a fine and in this hotel the parking is very, very small, not suitable for vans or SUV’s."

"We enjoyed our stay. We were upsold a ‘city view’ room but basically that faced the street rather than the inner part of the hotel. Maybe suited for the summer but it wasn’t worth it for winter. The view from the 5th floor isn’t high enough to see the city. The room was spacious. The bathroom was pod style with separate bathroom and shower room with frosted glass as you enter. The hotel is located near Atocha train station and an easy journey to Toledo. "
