« We definitely got what we came for. A quiet, slow, and laid back lifestyle. We were not ready for the volume of bugs in farmland, so used the fly swatter quite a bit. And the host doesn’t seem to know the property at all. But even with those inconveniences we still had a great time. »

« Lovely property out in the middle of nowhere and we didn’t see a single person during our stay! (We did, however, meet a very friendly dog during an evening stroll!) The property was very clean and well stocked. Looks just as nice as the pictures! I would advise bringing bottled water as what comes out of the tap is not easily drinkable. We had a fabulous time! »

« We had a wonderful 5-day getaway at the River Perch! The three kids spent hours on the river each day, we went tubing and kayaking, we got to see our dog enjoy her first real swims, and then we got to relax in the very cozy, very clean house with the beautiful front porch view of the Cacapon. Glenn made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for a trip away! »
