The staff were friendly & efficient, most with good English. The breakfast was good, great location.

From the moment we walked until we left it was fantastic. The staff was great and many spoke English. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, our dinner at Aruna was very good. My wife and i both loved our massages at the spa. Super safe neighborhood big comfy rooms... stay here:)

We had a great experience! The hotel was perfect fornour needs. And Pablo made sure we had everything we needed. He organized our trasportation and answered all our questions. My only feedback would be to improve the sonorization in the rooms adjacent to the commom areas. In some instances, we had other guests having loud phone conversations while we were trying to nap. Other rooms do not have this issue, but I do think it would be worthwhile improving.

We had the privilege of staying at Los Balcones for Four nights. This was three nights more than we had initially booked, and is an indication of the care and attention the staff lavish on their guests. The Hotel is in a restored Hacienda, with exterior balconies and an interior courtyard that is open to all three floors. In the courtyard is a fine restaurant that serves exquisite meals. Paolo the manger we dealt with went to great lengths to ensure our every need or desire was attended to. He...

Location its anazing not much of traffic noise across a park and pubs. Walking distance to all transportation modes. Its extremely clean and maintained. Staff is amazing.

I stayed with my family and we quite enjoy our stay. Very nice location in Cuenca historic center juste beside the cathedral and a nice bistro down the road. The breakfast was excellent and an impeccable service. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff, they overbooked my room and gave me an upgraded room at a different hotel for the inconvenience. Excellent place to stay.

Clean, modern, beautiful decor. Extremely helpful front desk staff (made great dinner suggestions, organized a driver to Guayaquil, upgraded our room one night) and attentive restaurant staff. Delicious breakfast was included with eggs, fruit, pastries as well as Ecuadorian food. Only negative is the noise at night which was easily resolved with earplugs. Definitely recommend!

When the staff found out we needed to leave at 6am, they offered breakfast early at 5:45 and made sure the cars were arranged for us to leave.

Old world charm in the historic center. Excellent coffee in the room and a chocolate on the bed each evening. Also a great buffet breakfast with local fresh fruit. High end l'Occitane bath products. This hotel pays attention to detail and we felt well cared for. Cuenca flows with mountain springs but we advise drinking only bottled water. A wonderful place to stay!
