Floors CREAK. Like most places in Ecuador, hot water for Showers depends on a calefone (direct gas heating of the pipes the water flows through), which means hot water depends on rate of flow, how many people are showering at the moment, how far your room is from the calefone, and how much gas is in the tank. Staff were eager to please. Mi mayor desilusion con el hotel fue la mala atencion por parte del equipo y recepcion. Dentro de la habitacion el bano tenia una cortina que no llegaba al piso y el agua se salia fuera de la ducha. No tenian jabon, shampoo dentro de la ducha.
