From the moment we walked until we left it was fantastic. The staff was great and many spoke English. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, our dinner at Aruna was very good. My wife and i both loved our massages at the spa. Super safe neighborhood big comfy rooms... stay here:)

We had a great experience! The hotel was perfect fornour needs. And Pablo made sure we had everything we needed. He organized our trasportation and answered all our questions. My only feedback would be to improve the sonorization in the rooms adjacent to the commom areas. In some instances, we had other guests having loud phone conversations while we were trying to nap. Other rooms do not have this issue, but I do think it would be worthwhile improving.

The staff were friendly & efficient, most with good English. The breakfast was good, great location.

We had the privilege of staying at Los Balcones for Four nights. Location its anazing not much of traffic noise across a park and pubs. Walking distance to all transportation modes. Its extremely clean and maintained. Staff is amazing.

Excellent location in the heart of the vibrant historic Center. Room had a small fridge which we found useful. The breakfast was excellent- fresh fruit salad, eggs cooked any style, rolls and sliced bread, jam, butter coffee, cheese. Delicious and filling to start the day. A very nice lady greeted us with a smile and served breakfast. We ate a nice lunch when we arrived at a restaurant - same name is the hotel- ( a short walk). Try not to get the rooms closest to the front desk- as that area...

Breakfast was excellent Room was very good Good location

Old world charm in the historic center. Excellent coffee in the room and a chocolate on the bed each evening. Also a great buffet breakfast with local fresh fruit. High end l'Occitane bath products. This hotel pays attention to detail and we felt well cared for. Cuenca flows with mountain springs but we advise drinking only bottled water. A wonderful place to stay!
