A great budget hotel for a quick trip to drop our son off at Graceland University. Friendly staff who tried to help in any way despite the challenges of COVID.

Wonderful little motel. Old school motel that still has that charm. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The host at the front desk was a pleasure to chat with. Would highly recommend.

Super nice and helpful owner operators typical of rural Iowa. If the shower is crucial to you my particular room had a pretty mediocre one, otherwise this place has a much more personal touch and friendliness compared to the more chain hotel options available. They also offer free snacks.

I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning after a long day of traveling. Check-in was quick and efficient. Staff were courteous. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if traveling in the area.
