Wonderful hotel to spend the night as we were traveling. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, etc. Breakfast was excellent with a nice selection of yummie pastries. Staff was great.

It was just a stopover on a long road trip. Breakfast was okay. The sausage didn't have any browned spots on it - I like it somewhat browned. The room was in pretty good condition overall, but one lamp didn't work. I alerted staff so hopefully it was fixed for the next guest.

We love stopping at this location. It is away from the hustle and bustle of big city areas. The hotel is across the street from the Amish Country Store. It is also a welcome center for travelers. It is stocked full of beautiful merchandise and has a cafe. We like the small town of Lamoni. It has a paved walking trail around the city, which stretches out into the countryside of Iowa. After traveling all day, we were able to go walking and sightseeing. We stop here every time we travel to Minnesota.
