"Could have provided beverages in the lobby. The other Wyndam property I stayed at did and Best Western always had an outstanding coffee and tea bar. Hotel was very well situated for exploring the historic district and also had parking on site."

"The shuttle to/from the airport was great! Breakfast was small but hot and filling. Laundry was great as well. I really like that they hire individuals with special needs."

"Superb part of town, Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Rooftop has a heated pool and observation deck that was fun to unwind in at the end of the way. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Elevators were at the very front as soon as you walked in the entrance, so coming and going was super easy and convenient at all hours for the day. (Or night 😄) Housekeeping was polite and took care of the room in a timely manner. Will definitely return to this hotel when I re-visit Philly."

"Staff had to understand that they are dealing with the public and that they need to be courteous and resilient, respectful with travelers. Only in Philadelphia. We have stayed in other Embassy Suites in other states and customer service was superb."
