"We were told we had been upgraded to a suite like room, full kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. We were only staying for one night so way more than we needed. The room was clean but dated. The TV in the bedroom didn't have any signal so we couldn't watch it. We prefer watching in bed at night. The blinds didn't have all the attachments so we couldn't open them because we couldn't close them. There was a fire place but not sure how to work it. The bathroom had one really soft towel but the others weren't the same. Also, no modern plugs for phones usb or usb-c. And outlets that didn't work for the charger I brought. We traveled thru 6 cities over 6 nights, this was the highest priced room and had the most issues. Disappointing."

"The motel is very charming. A little outdated but that adds to the charm of a lakeside motel in the mountains. I love how it’s walkable to many places in town. Bathroom was very small, but clean which is more important. Our favorite was the bed. The mattress was surprisingly so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again."
