« We had an excellent stay at The Allen House Bed & Brunch. The place was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owner/operators were some of the nicest people you could meet. We even met the father-in-law when we arrived — he was outside landscaping and taking care of the property, which really showed how much pride they take in the place. « The front desk lady in the evening was very kind when we came to her about my fitted sheet on my bed had face makeup all over it. On the side, in the middle and on front of fitted sheet. She offered if we wanted to upgrade to a nicer room. We opted out because my disabled daughter was already asleep in the other bed and it wasn't worth waking her up. « The best thing about our stay for our family of 6 was that we had a room with a king bed and two queen beds at a reasonable price. (Hard to find usually (our kids were excited that no one had to sleep on a pull-out couch! The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was decent (better coffee than most hotels). The shower was just average - not a lot of pressure and the bedding could have been better but would definitely stay again as we had a nice stay. »
