"The lobby and front entrance are 5 stars; however, the bathtub in room 304 is chipped and the pipes make a very loud noice upon flushing. Gym treadmills need to be replaced or maintained as at least two are loud. Staff was great and would definitely visit again for a business trip."

"4 adults and 1 and 3 year old enjoyed our stay. The hosts live in the top level and were very friendly. The property is beautiful, with gardens, a playground and a large yard. The house had everything you need, lots of towels and kitchen supplies. Beds are comfortable. 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. "
