Woodlands Inn & Suites

"This was my second stay at Woodlands Inn & Suites, and unfortunately, this visit wasn't quite as good as my first. I stayed in Room 29 this time, and the room felt a bit more dated than the one I had previously. On my first visit, I really appreciated the large desk and comfortable desk chair, which made it easy to get some work done. Unfortunately, this room only had a round table, which wasn't nearly as convenient. The bathroom sink also dripped continuously throughout my stay. Breakfast was once again underwhelming, and I was disappointed that it wasn't available until 7 a.m. For such a limited breakfast offering, starting at 6 a.m. would be a nice improvement, especially for business travelers looking to get an early start. Overall, the hotel is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. There's a certain nostalgic charm to the older rooms, and I don't necessarily mind that. While this stay wasn't quite as enjoyable as my first, I'd still consider staying here again when I'm in Medford. A few small improvements would make a big difference."

"Great location in town with easy access to trails. The close by coffee shop was a plus. We enjoyed our nights warming up in the hot tub. Our host was communicative and helpful at all time, would definitely recommend!"

"It’s a great location for our Muskie fishing outing. Love the view from second floor balcony. Secure but easily accessible with code, no key to remember. Even a complimentary cold beer in fridge!"

"Myself, husband and father in law stayed here for a hunting weekend and we all loved it. The cabin was beautiful and spacious, the three of us fit perfectly and loved the decor. The views were stunning and we spent the evenings watching the sunset over the water. The fire pit and lighting were the perfect setting for a bonfire our last night here. We brought our three hunting dogs with us, we had them sleeping in their kennels but the yard was a great space to put the leashes out and let them roam around. All of us enjoyed our stay here so much and hope to stay again the next time we are in town!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Very clean, great accommodations, accessible to the fishing spots plus being right on the lake. Loved the outside fire pit too! Beautiful view of the lake. Would’ve been nice to have another refrigerator and ice maker. Host was very accessible which was helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend to families with a smaller group."
