« We were in the area for a funeral so just needed a place to sleep and unwind. Definitely small but served our needs - the driveway is extremely steep. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues I would not recommend this property. Beds are very firm - couch was more comfortable! All in all it worked fine and was lovely to be on the water. »

« Angie was a super host....the accommodations were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything....coffee bar area...roomy and clean!! The 7 grandkids LOVED the garage - heated - games - large screen TV - couches - table etc. One grandson said "Grandma you hit a homerun with this one!" Close to Brunet Island State Park for some hiking. Angie thanks for sharing your beautiful place with our family!!! »

« A great hostess! Big two-story house on the lake with plenty of room for parking. (Map directions out in advance because cell coverage is weak or nonexistent, but house has wifi.) Colorful fall trees. Easy walking area. Walked to the dam, the campground, the scout camp, etc. Took kayaks out for a quick paddle. Enjoyed watching the herons and eagles on the lake. Master upstairs bed-bath suite is immense, with shower. Second bathroom upstairs is only a tub — no shower. Watch out for odd step...

« We wanted to slip away for a brief unwind from work and school. There is a mountain biking destination about 20 minutes away that we wanted to try too. The description is spot on, with the exception of a very big upgrade that surprised us—the bonus room has games, tv, fire place and is in the detached garage!!
