We had a super warm October weekend so the kids had a blast swinging off the rope swing and jumping into the water :) Plenty of room for the 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids) the kids loved hangout in the loft area and the garage space was awesome with lots to do. 10/10 would recommend. There were 12 of us ranging in age from 5-67, and there was more than enough space for all. The house is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. We loved that we could sit in the lawn chairs and keep an eye on the kids while they were swimming, and the garage served as a wonderful game room to occupy the kids in the evenings. We did have to get creative with sleeping situations with kids as some of the sleeping areas are in the loft which is very open. We comfortably slept 8 adults in beds and 2 kids in the bunk beds. The other four kids slept on kid air mattresses (not provided). The 2.5 bathrooms were great to have. The open space was great and the garage - the kids LOVED. There were so many games/activities for all ages. We had plenty to do during our weekend stay. This was a great time making memories for my daughter and her bridal party. The local people were super friendly. We enjoyed the big garage area playing games and hanging out. The kitchen and coffee bar were a big hit. Loved that everyone had a little privacy with the bed rooms. And there were plenty of bathroom space for the 10 of us gals. Only thing I would change is the time of year we stayed. All of us wanted to use the rope swing but it was just to darn cold. Springtime was still fun, but summer on the river would definitely be worth coming back.Oh and the girls didn’t like the lady bugs all over the floors and ceiling.
