« I stayed at Holiday Inn because I had a wedding in Rhode Island. Check in was painless, we were able to check in earlier than expected. Front desk staff were very helpful and had answered any questions we had. The all you can eat breakfast was awesome, and the kitchen was so nice. The hotel was modern, and clean. No complaints at all, except for I wish the outside pool was useable! »

« The only redeeming quality about this hotel is its waterfront location. The staff are rude. They snuck on a $45 resort fee, despite “all fees and taxes included “- the rooms smell strongly of mildew. We did not have a private balcony. This room was tiny, and smelled and obscenely overpriced for what it was. Disgusting stains on the lamps and nightstands. The complimentary “rum punch” is a joke. How about they keep their rum punch and bottled water, and give me my $45 resort fee. The 4:00 check...
