« Two major issues…but only one made me give such a low rating. And that was the communication at check in. It was really bad and I didn’t receive the key to my room until way after the promised check in time. Other than that, the water pressure in the shower was nearly non existent…but everything else…5 stars »

« Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked...

« It’s a beautiful building with nice amenities. Very pet friendly with lots dogs coming and going. It’s a very short walk to Reston Town Center with loads of shops and restaurants. »

They advertised 3 nearly identical units, but the pictures of the unit we booked did not match to the unit. It was not the furnishings, it was the location and sizes of the windows that told us that you get a random unit. »
