"Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was small but had everything we needed. The rooms were nice and clean, had a great night sleep. Only thing they advertised a pool and it was under construction.

We wished to spend some time in the Catskills and were looking for a countryside setting. The B&B building is very old and a former tavern in olden days which has been totally renovated. The rooms are small but comfortable. We took the opportunity to upgrade to a king size in order to obtain a little larger room. Our host was
very welcoming and pleasant and was able to give information on interesting drives, hikes and restaurants.
