We stayed in room 1 last night and it wasn't a pleasant experience. First of all no one was there to help with check in when we arrived at 8.20 pm so we had to call to get the room assigned. The the fact that the rooms were unlocked made us wonder who else could have been in there before us. When we went to bed we noticed that one of the beds smelled really bad - as if someone peed the bed - and the sheets were wet. We even laid down before we noticed that is wasn't just a smell but actually pee. We were lucky to get another room when we called. However both rooms had big spiders in the corners and were not thoroughly cleaned which we find unacceptable for the 212 USD we paid. Let us know if you need us to send pictures. Had it not been for the fact that we got another room assigned last night we would have had to sleep on the floor and we would have expected to be reimbursed 100%. Therefore we ask you to reimburse us 75% as this was definitely not what we expected. Nice hosts. Water pressure was terrible and we we're not able to take showers. I paid full price for a room that definitly needs renovating. The vertical blinds didn't cover the window. Had to take the bed spread off the bed and use it as curtains. The air conditioner fell apart as we tried to turn it on and no phones in the rooms. Tv worked, but no channels..bring a dvd. And most of all no maid service the entire weekend.
