The beds were really nice, and there was a pool table which was enjoyed by all. The backyard was gorgeous, and the house was located in a great part of town right next to shopping and movies. Problems: The towels did not smell clean; more like a mildewy smell. The coffee pot had never been cleaned. There was goo in the water heating portion, with some kind of filter that was moldy. We scrubbed that sucker clean. The furniture in the living room needed to be replaced. They repaired almost all the seating in the living room with vinyl tape, which was peeling off. I think they need a maid who really takes time to clean appliances-the oven was dirty and so was the dishwasher filter. If they take care of these few things, this will be a 5 star rental. ##### Theresa W. Overall, this is a nice home offering many amenities. The backyard and landscaping is lovely albeit in need of a little upkeep, possibly due to the time of year.
