Entirely renovated by an architect, this house is composed of a beautiful main room living room and fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for your short, medium or longer stays, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor and another one upstairs on the mezzanine.
La Dérobée has a television in the living room and high-speed internet access.
Outdoors, a garden with a large terrace and its furniture welcomes breaks in the open air away from view and the wind.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
Situated in the quiet district of Sacré Coeur, you are close to all the necessary local shops and will be able to take advantage of the softness of the district's life.
You need more "city" ? You are only ten minutes on foot from the Colombier district and its many shops and the Charles de Gaulle esplanade (cinema, concert, museum), 15 minutes from the historic centre where all kinds of outings are possible: café terraces, restaurants, opera or theatre . . .

Una excelente opción para dos parejas o una familia
Después de experimentar unos días antes, en otros alojamientos en la zona de París que fueron un chasco, La Derobee, me pareció literalmente un oasis.
Da la sensación de tener más amplitud de la que sale publicada, tiene un generoso porche-terraza antes de entrar en la casa. Se nota que la han reformado recientemente.
En cuanto entras, notas limpieza, cuidado y todo casi nuevo, cuidado o poco usado. Aparte de la vajilla completa y numerosa, mobiliario, lavavajillas, lavadora, placa inducción, plancha, secador, cafetera de filtro ( no Espreso como parece en el anuncio), tostador, frigorífico con congelador ... el anfitrión tiene detalles generosos como dejarte una lata de auxilios con tiritas, calmante de picaduras, loción desinfectante, la TV con Orange TV ( una pena estaba todo en francés, no encontré tiempo para ver si podía coger canales en español, o conectarme a internet, pero lo resolví con la excelente conexión WIFI a mi tablet), bolsas para la basura, aperos para la limpieza, afilador de cuchillos, bandejas para hornear,... y más, y más detalles, libros de lectura, juegos de mesa....que hicieron la estancia ideal y de mis sueños.
Por quejarme algo, es que la cama de matrimonio, para mi se me queda algo pequeña, pero con lo cansado que venía tampoco fue una gran molestia, y que tuve que apretar unos tornillos tipo alen en la mesa grande de la cocina que cojeaba bastante, y aún así tuve que calzarla algo ya que sigue cojeando un poco. Otro punto a mejorar, tener disponible un pequeño aire acondicionado para esos días de calor plomizo que nos tocaron.
Sinceramente, el último día , cuando dejé las llaves en el buzón, ya la añoraba dejarla de lo confortable que me sentí los días que me alojé. Sería fácil para mi, decir que seguro si vuelvo por Rennes volvería a alojarme en ella, pero nunca repito alojamiento, pero puede ser que igual rompa la norma.
