« A ce niveau de confort de l’hôtel, dommage qu'au-moins à la réception il n'y ait pas quelqu'un qui parle suffisamment le français pour expliquer les multiples choses qui nous sont annoncées.Par ailleurs tout était très bien , piscine superbe et bien chauffée,joli parc alentour, service restauration impeccable , personnel disponible et efficace, qualité des repas irréprochable. Incontestablement une bonne adresse, pour tout type de séjour. Lit de la chambre familiale pour les parents un peu...

« J’avais effectué cette réservation le 1er janvier sur le site Hotels.com pour la nuit du 5 au 6 juin que j’ai ensuite modifié le 8 janvier via l’assistant virtuel pour un séjour du quatre au cinq Surprise en arrivant à l’hôtel, la modification n’avait pas été prise en compte. Heureusement pour nous l’hôtel n’était pas complet et ils ont été extrêmement réactifs. »

"Hôtel extrêmement bruyant. J'ai été réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit par des fêtards qui criaient dans les couloirs. Beaucoup de bruit a l'exterieur aussi. Et enfin la porte du rez-de-chaussée qui claque sans cesse et que j'entendais dans mon lit. En revanche chambre rénovée et parfaitement propre mais j'ai tres mal dormis à cause du bruit."
