Mal eben zu Fuß in die Innenstadt ist natürlich nicht drin, das ist weit draußen. Abgesehen von den völlig unnötigen Geräuschen im Haus (Türenschlagen) ist es naturruhig, Verkehr ist nur in der Ferne leider zu hören, aber die Tiere können draußen in der Nacht auch jede Menge Lärm machen. So ist es eben.
