« Room was disgusting, walked in and a painting was broken on the floor behind one of the beds, cigarette butts under the bed and hair and discarded food in random spots.
This was a cheap stay but I think next year I’d rather go somewhere else than stay in this dirty ashtray. »

« The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include...
