« L'emplacement de l'hôtel sur les photos est trompeur, tape-à-l'œil. Le personnel à l'accueil est peu bavard, on a l'impression de les déranger. J'ai demandé pour une cafetière dans la chambre et ils m'ont répondu qu'il y avait un Dunkin's à deux pas. Quand j'ai demandé pour le reçu avant de quitter, ils ne m'ont même pas répondu. Une bande de BÊTAS ! »

« Breakfast was OK. I don't eat eggs and was looking forward to waffles and maybe bacon some mornings. You do NOT have a waffle maker which I looked forward to. Also, be prepared that your room is not cleaned for the length of your stay. Towels are provided but you must go to main desk to ask for replacements. « The room is small but clean, air conditioning works great and they have a remote check in, which worked great. The staff is very friendly and professional. We spent one night at the hotel and everything was good, the next day we realized my daughter left an expensive device there, we get in touch with the manager who confirmed the cleaning lady found it and we were able to get it back. »

« They gave away our room on July 4th weekend...no call...no email...we get there at 830pm..wasnt even late and the lady at the desk was so rude and told us she had to sell our room becasue..."they didnt have the real-estate "...i am not even sure what that even means and we had no where to go on..JULY 4TH WEEKEND...NEVER AGAIN!!!!! »
