Located closer to the canal and bay you will be able to enjoy quiet walks at night to check out the stars. Only 2-2.5 miles from downtown and Rehoboth Beach it's conveniently located to avoid the traffic on route 1\. The home includes a Rehoboth Beach parking pass. This home comfortably Sleeps to 6 people. A bonus office space with a “tween” day bed could be added for a seventh bed. Parking on site accommodates up to 4 cars. No pets please! Your rental includes bedding and bath towels and kitchen linens. Owner supplies beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, quality bed linens, bath towels, cleaning supplies and paper goods. Cleanliness is always amazing. My wife is a stickler for clean rentals and she’s rated this house top notch both times. The location is ideal. You cannot walk to the beach but it’s super close and an easy car ride. The neighborhood is quiet and the back porch is wonderfully peaceful. Renters are easy to talk to and work with. The screened in back porch was a wonderful place to start day with morning coffee and to chill after the beach.
