"didnt come clean room. NO hot water. at best warm but not enough to shower. coffee station HORRIBLE.. bed linens NOT warm nor big enough for the bed"

"It's off season, the staff was friendly and accommodating. No issue with parking because I do not think there were too many guests (mid-week, off season). The room was very comfortable, and clean. We stay here often. Very close to "downtown", and two blocks off boardwalk/beach. "

"Very dirty, only stay there if you have no other choice. This place makes motel 6 look like the Hilton. But it was a warm place to stay in my emergency situation."

"The staff was incredibly friendly but the rooms were so dirty! I stayed there twice, the first time they had to change my room 4 times due to the tv not working twice and the third time the room smelt so bad of body odor. They were so nice though and the room I ended up with was fine but after switching three rooms and ended in a fourth. The second time I said they were nice enough and I’m sure the room will be fine but when I checked in, I opened the pullout sofa and there was human poop on the mattress and urine stains and smelt so bad of urine and poop! There was also trash behind the couch so the room was not properly cleaned even sweeping want done "

"The hotel lobby appeared clean. However the cleanness of the room needs more support. The sheets were not clean on the bed. I was disappointed because I really needed to get some rest but felt uncomfortable sleeping on faded stained dirty sheets. "

"The hotel staff was great! However the rooms needs to be cleaned. When entering the room it smell like cigarettes smoke and there were faded stains on the sheets and pillowcases.The carpet felt sticky in the room. I had to keep my shoes on at all times. Sleeps Inn could use some upgrades to their rooms which will allow the experience of staying there a little bit more comfortable."
