« Staff- when I arrived at the front desk, I let the receptionist know I had reservations. And she said "I won't be able to check you in until I have a clean room available". « We traveled 8 hours for a funeral and arrived at 1:30pm. We were hoping for an early check in but were told that no king rooms had been cleaned yet.
