Exceptionally friendly staff… everyone. From the front desk to the cleaning crew to the food service. Boquila (Bo) was so helpful during the extra cold weather. Room was absolutely spotless. I felt almost as at home as in idaho. Best experience just about ever.

First room had a bed that appeared to not have changed the sheets as there was foreign hair. The staff promptly and apologetically moved us to another room which was great. Friendly staff. Just an oversight I would say.

The staff there is super amazing especially the guy with the long hair ponytail at the front desk (sorry I didn’t get his name).
