"It was a little loud. I picked this place because reviews said it was a great place for couples. Unfortunately, there was some kind of event going on that involved ALOT of tweenaged boys. They were fairly loud, obnoxious, and very messy. I feel very bad for your staff to have to clean up after them. They left food in the elevators. Was hitting every button on elevator. Running in and out of stair wells playing hide and seek. Again, this HAS nothing to do with our stay. We did enjoy our stay. The young lady who checked us in and out was so very friendly. I am sorry I did not get her name. She was fabulous."
