Redwater Museum Tours and Activities

Overall disappointing & not very clean.

Check in was an absolute nightmare, not only was it 1am but the staff was arguing with a customer before us then we got to the counter and they couldn't find our reservation. It took 30 minutes of arguing with the previous customer then we got to the counter and took another 30 minutes trying to find out what happened. Meanwhile there was a person in the back that could've sped up the process. Overall the front desk staff was very rude. The breakfast was the same every single day, it wasn't very clean in the diner area. The bed wasn't fully made, the pillow cases were ripped. No hair dryer in the room at all. On top of that we had the room cleaned and they took our old towels and didnt replace them so we had none. The corridors were extremely hot, seemed like the heat was on blast in the summer. Hotel needs a ton of updates, the bed wasn't too bad but the pillows had no volume. Overall would not recommend staying here. And will not be staying again.
