« I asked for a smoking room, so I could smoke a bowl of my prescribed med, was told the non-smoking rooms were "nicer" but I needed a smoking room. BIG mistake. The floors were dirty, the coverlet AND blanket had holes burned in them, there were small dead roaches on the floor, as well as 2 that I killed... It building is Right next to the freeway, and the building shook with every big truck that passed above. All in all, it was a very very uncomfortable night, with all of my belongings packed in...

« Walls are really thin and the building fairly old. Any walking or running makes the room shake as if in an earthquake. If you get stuck with a family with 2-3 young kids above you, say good bye to any peace you thought you'd be getting at this get-away. We also got downstairs neighbors celebrating 16th b-day. Not only were they obnoxiously loud, but they were also outside splashing in the pool and jacuzzi well after 11:30pm. Staff kept coming by to tell them to leave, but they refused. Ordeal...
