While the ADA does not require disclosure of service animals, we GREATLY appreciate advance notice to help us prepare the property and plan accordingly for our cleaners. OCCUPANCY Per city ordinance, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom overnight, with a total cap of 16 adults on the property at any time. There is no cap on children. All guests, including children, must be accounted for in your reservation. SMOKING/VAPING Our properties are \*smoke-free\* homes, first and foremost. Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our properties under any circumstances. \- Outdoor Smoking Rule: Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of any door to the property. \- Outdoor Evidence of Smoking: Any evidence of smoking outside (including cigarette butts, leftover joints, marijuana scraps, pipes, vapes, etc.) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine. This includes any remnants left in fire pits or other un-designated smoking areas. \- Indoor Smoking Penalty: If smoking is detected inside the property, a minimum fine of $250 will be applied, along with reimbursement for any revenue lost from blocked nights required for smoke removal. \- Smoke/Vape Detection: Please note that some of our properties are equipped with smoke and vape detection sensors integrated into the noise monitoring system.
