"Always had a very satisfactory stay here which I do 3 times a year. Two main Food Service places I've had very good luck with and have my favorites at each for Breakfast and Dinner Not the cheapest meal in town, but I don't expect that in a place like this. Sort of my splurge moment. I sure can't complain about the rooms or comfort, not where I spend most of my time but comfortable while here. "

"We have stayed here twice and love the house and location. The carpets have definitely seen two years of rental use, and the house could use a general (deeper) cleaning, and put stuff away/throw empty boxes/containers, but this is still our favorite place to stay when visiting family in Sparks. It is a very nice size, has beds for each of our kids, and enables us to cook and not eat out every meal! Thank you for allowing us to stay again!"

"Not worth the price . House slept 8, but it was not comfortable for 7 . The sectional couch was small , only fit 6 adults elbow to elbow. Ottoman coffee table was a mismatch , fall hazard, not enough room to walk between couch and coffee table . The oven was dirty and smoked up the kitchen every time we used it. Two bedrooms had sloping ceilings and we bumped our heads on them multiple times. The house was clean, but a bit dingy. The back yard was depressing. There was a dilapidated chicken coop, there was a broken deck board and overall the back yard was ugly. The kitchen table had damage, the kitchen chairs needed more foam and they sunk when you sat in them. There were a lot of cosmetic dings throughout the house. The shower handle fell off, the kitchen tile was stapled to the wall. Not enough living room seating. There was a weird office chair in the living room and a treadmill in the kitchen/ dining area. One of the bedroom TV’s did not work. The paint on the doors was uneven, There was some splatter on the back porch deck. The yard and backyard were somewhat unkept. The rugs in the bedroom were fall hazards and I slipped on one in the middle of the night. We travel a lot with at least 6 adults and this was by far the saddest, most uncomfortable VRBO we have ever stayed at. The house photos are deceiving . We took out garbage out and we followed the rules . The beds were comfortable , sheets and bedding were clean. The air conditioning and heat worked well, "

"Loved our stay! Convenient location and close to downtown Reno. Host was very responsive and everything was clean and organized. Would definitely book again!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this property and would absolutely consider returning. The home was clean, bright, and very open, which made it comfortable to spend time in throughout the weekend. Everything was well-maintained, and the space had everything we needed for our stay, which made it easy to settle in right away.The location was easy to find, and the parking was convenient. One small thing to be aware of is that the mailbox sits fairly close to the driveway, so if you are pulling in two cars, it can be a little tight, and you may need to pull a mirror in to avoid it. It was not a problem once we noticed it, just something future guests may want to keep in mind.Inside, the rooms were very nice, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Overall, the home felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated how smooth and comfortable the experience was from arrival through departure."

"Jacuzzi appeared dirty so we did not use it. There were several messes on the property. We were PROMISED a cleanup crew would come by, today, then tomorrow, then NEVER! They never did. It was the dirtiest place I have ever rented. Only 1 cue stick had a tip on it and it was VERY warped. The other 3 or 4 were ALL BROKEN! So I could not enjoy the pool table. Dirty dishes left out and a dirty floor was unswept. STAINED COUCH THAT I CLEANED. PREVIOUS LAUNDRY WAS LEFT OUT ."
