"Booked cabin 2, it was a good size for 4 adults and 2 kids. Having the patio to go out and relax was great with the views of the mountain side or a short walk to the water. Lots of seating available by the water. Workers were great, we had a bee hive under the patio and they took care of it quick. location to estes downtown is great and to the national park. cons: the sheets/towels had like a old/musty smell, even after we got clean ones. the patio was missing 2 safety boards so we used chairs to keep the kids safe. no cleaning spray was available to clean up counters."

The Stanley Hotel

"I have been to The Stanley Hotel before and it’s always been a beautiful stay. This was just as nice with the exception of all the construction happening. The elevator in the Lodge was out and the A/C was out as well. We did have a stand alone unit which was just ok. We went to the Post for dinner, was told they were fully committed for the evening. No other options offered, very curt and rude female hostess. The parking was a mess with all the construction and people! We did a ghost tour which was great! The guide was fun and engaging."

"Great for families if there is no concerts going on up the road. If there was concerts at the Venue up the road I believe Riverside would then turn into a place I would not want my family. Other then that it was amazing by the river and staff was incredible coffee amazing and sauna by the river !!"

"I liked that it was affordable, simple, conveniently located to both Estes Park and the RMNP entrance. It had everything we needed, I loved its proximity to the river and being able to hear the river. The refrigerator motor and the door handle to the deck need attention. I messaged this to the management company and they quickly replied that they would take care of it."
