"Nicely decorated, warm, quiet and clean apartment. Lots of storage. About 30-50 metres from pistes which was really convenient. Ski locker small but just enough for 4 pairs of skis. Supermarket almost next door, with a bar, restaurant & ski rental shop also. The shops & restaurants of Bruyères a 10 minute walk. Bus stop to Croisette outside the apartment block (or a 20 minute walk)."

"This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "

We arrived very late but communication was fantastic between Mme Audigier (owner) and the agent with regards to getting the keys! Big ski locker with room for all the boots and skis. Great for family of 4 with two young children, thanks."

"These apartments are mostly clean and adequate for a ski trip if skiing is your main purpose. Great ski in ski out location. Don't come here if you are a non skier as there is nothing to do other than the pool. The adjoining (and only) restaurant was nice if a little pricey. The receptionist was very friendly too; (I only ever saw one - she must be so overworked!!) The apartments are clean enough as long as you don't look too closely, but they are very small and I would hate to have been with...

"Logement très propre à notre arrivée, la propriétaire répond rapidement et donne des informations précises pour l’entrée dans les lieux. La situation est parfaite pour l’accès aux pistes et aux commerces. Le logement a tout pour être fonctionnel et passer un bon séjour."

"J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...
