"Room could have been cleaner. I noticed hairs on the floor, toilet seat and some in the tub, there was also dust on top of the microwave."

"The first room we were in the toilet wasn’t working properly so we had to get another room the next day because there was no maintenance personnel working at that time. The next day our tub drain stopper was broke. The tv channel would only change channels going forward and not reverse. Also vent in restroom was loud, vent motor can be be heard through out the day and night. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
