"The property is perfectly situated for a day and night of walking downtown Portland. The valet parking was easy, but a bit congested at times and the valet staff were super helpful even after misplacing our ticket. The staff were all friendly and informative. Our floor housekeeper Rebecca was the sweetest and has the sunniest disposition. Just briefly chatting with her in the morning made the whole day brighter. The only negative I can think of is that there was some sort of construction occurring in the lobby area and it was a bit difficult to hear the folks at the reception desk, however, they cheerfully handled it all with grace and professionalism."

"Hilton should do better, this was a terrible stay . First room window unit AC was very loud fan squealing l. Second room the window AC barely worked and was also very noisy. The breakfast area floor was sticky and the food items were stale. I will never stay at a Spark Hotel again. "

Our favorite hotel in Portland! We have stayed here twice now and it was great to see how consistent they are. The staff is always warm and friendly and the amenities are great. "
