Raspberry Park Tours and Activities

Well it had first obstacle was construction on property Second was they had goodies in the unit tagged overpriced might as well don’t leave anything especially we had kids they could have opened the candy bars and other goodies So I just put that away very first I left a note for them Hope it helps!

We checked in late and were given a room with a view of the parking lot. The front desk was very helpful and got us another room with a nice view the next day. The hotel was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. The daily housejeeping and washer and driver in the room were great!

We were at Kicking Horse from June 24-26 and because it was before official summer holidays, not a lot of services were available. There was only one restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Cafe was not open (even though the person at the front desk told me it should be). The gondola is not working so no ability to go to the top of the mountain. My son had fun on the MTB trains on the lower half, which he got to by taking the ski lift. As for our accommodations, we were in the Palliser Lodge, which needs some maintenance. Most of the windows would not open - the opening mechanism seemed to be stripped and turning the window crank did nothing. I appreciated having a full kitchen but the stove didn’t consistently work. We also had a hot tub and I found broken glass on the balcony. A bit more care at cleaning and maintaining the rooms would make a huge difference.
