Brand new townhouse in Red Deer

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Brand new home built in 2023 with 2 bedrooms and a spacious master bedroom with en-suite on the top floor with a full bathroom . You will also find a Bright and Fully developed basement with foos ball table , air hockey table . Full bathroom and a Washer and dryer available in the basement . On the main floor you will find an inviting living room and bright kitchen . Dining room table and a half bathroom. There is also an outdoor patio, Guest must provide picture ID before check in, No shoes allowed in the house. At check out guests must clean the dishes and make sure all windows are closed and back door locked , please it will be appreciated if you gather all bed sheets and used Towels and put them in the Lundry basket , if booking monthly stays , there would be walk through house inspection with 24hr notice given to guests .No additional supplies will be provided for monthly renters (coffee, sugar toilet paper, etc) . Government issued ID must be provided for additional adults staying on the property if renting monthly, late check outs will be charged $100/hr or contact the host by message , if there will be any valid reason of delay for me to approve a later check out time .

Clean and new, We stayed at this relatively new property with high expectations, but overall it felt overpriced for what was actually offered. While the space itself was decent, it didn’t quite justify the premium cost compared to similar listings. What made the experience uncomfortable, however, was the sense of being watched. The owner appeared to know who we were and even recognized members of our group without ever meeting us in person, which felt unsettling. Combined with a noticeable number of cameras around the property, it created an invasive atmosphere that took away from what should have been a relaxing stay. Transparency and privacy are important when booking a place, and unfortunately this experience left us feeling uneasy on that front.

Has everything you could need

We had a great weekend stay at this new townhome! The place was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, and its location was super convenient—close to everywhere we were headed. We especially loved discovering the Red Deer Farmers Market, which was a highlight of our trip. If you go, be sure to check out the Chef 2 Tables stall—honestly one of our best dining experiences ever!The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the bedding. There were no mattress or pillow protectors, and when we stripped the beds as requested before checkout, we noticed the mattresses had some staining. I’m relieved I didn’t notice that before sleeping or it might have changed my comfort level. That said, all other aspects of the home—from the spotless bathrooms to the sparkling appliances—were excellent. A great spot overall!

We stayed in this property for two evenings and three days just after Christmas. The owner was top notch to deal with. Left us a bottle of wine at check in which was great. We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our family. Very nice new accommodation. Would stay again!

Beautiful Vrbo in Red Deer

Had a great experience. The property was beautiful, clean, stocked with everything I needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner, body soap, q tips, face wash, toothpaste, and the plushest towels. The basement had air hockey table, and fooseball table, AWSOME for the kids. They even had board games. Great experience!!

Well laid out floor plan in quiet Neighbourhood but uncomfortable pillows

Overall a great stay. Only two concerns were: 1. Flat foam pillows uncomfortable. An upgrade would be recommended. 2. Many people are sensitive to scents these days as I am. I found all the bedding, towels and products available at beds, sinks, showers etc highly perfumed/scented.
