Based on the description, I had anticipated this property would be a little closer to the Mizzou campus, however the 13-minute drive (no traffic) wasn't bad at all. I appreciated a place to park and the drive was easy. Location is in a nice, quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Highly recommend this property and would stay again."

"Hotel was overbooked and we were left with no options. Front desk clerk was not helpful and rude. There were signs that "no refunds would be given", hotel refused to give us our money back. We had to open a case with hotels.com to initiate a refund. Hotel even tried to lie and claimed we did not show up for our reservation. Will never stay there again."

"Well, I guess you get what you pay for. This place was filthy and poorly maintained. But, they had availability and I needed a place to crash, so I'm grateful for that, but it's certainly not America's Best."
