The staff member was short, rude, and offered no solutions or problem solving outside of rebooking and paying for both bookings. « Very clean, comfy beds, staff was super friendly. Emalie in the bar is friendly and serves a delicious hibiscus martini. I would stay here again for sure. Close to many good restaurants and Starbucks is just across the street »

« The first room smelled like smoke so I had to change to another ans it was better. The a/c units seem old and noisy. The staff was ok. They charge for parking just because they can.. it’s big and open but no security or safety. It’s an ok Hilton.. a little musty and has smells to it.. the room are Big and nice and clean »

« The non-smoking room smelled like smoke and were stained. One of our rooms the burner wasn't on the stove. The pictures online are deceptive. The stairs aren't safe leading from the second floor to the third was crumbling. We left within 20 minutes of checking in. I've never done that before. »
