« The room was very clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast was good. My only criticism is that when we checked in we were told breakfast was at 7, when it actually started at 6. Had we known, we could have been on the road an hour earlier. Also, for this quality hotel, I would expect that the breakfast area would have half & half or a dairy product available for coffee, not the oil based products they were offering. That was a real disappointment and the best way to start the day. »

« The property was being renovated and the area where we stayed was not in good shape. Housekeeping was continuing at 5:30 and was loud/disturbing. The bathroom faucet was not fastened properly as was loose. There was not a trash can in the kitchen. »

« We booked the place at least 1 month before for 2 families with 4 young kids. The front desk told us they could not hold the reservation as some people had extended their stay. Instead of our 2 queen beds, they offered us one twin bed in the same hotel and another similar twin bed in another nearby hotel. We requested for a smoke free room and it reeked of smoke. Horrible experience. »

« Awesome hotel! Beautiful large rooms, gorgeous balcony and courtyard, wonderful friendly staff, amazing location nearby all kinds of shopping and conveniences. »

« I liked the cookie jar in the lobby but it was only full on Saturday. Then it was consistently empty. LOL. I had forgotten my phone charger cord and the night manager was kind enough to lend me his for a quick charge until I could pick one up. Thank you, Thomas. It was a comfortable, friendly place to stay. I will return. »
