« We recently stayed at the Hilton in Green Hills, Nashville and overall had a nice experience. The hotel itself has some great features, especially the rooftop pool and bar, which were definite highlights and made for a really enjoyable stay. The staff was also very kind and accommodating. When we mentioned that our initial room had a bit of a smell, they were quick to help and moved us to another room, which we really appreciated. That said, the rooms didn’t quite live up to the photos online....

« 100% recommendation the Gilmore! Room was comfortable and clean. We had a nice view of 12th from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful! The area is walkable to shops and restaurants. Short uber ride to Downtown Nashville. »

« The whole experience was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were great the towels were plentiful. The pool was fantastic, staff were friendly and accommodating everywhere. Cute little coffee shop next door! Stayed for 3 days and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an out of the main area of Nashville to stay. It was a 15 dollar Uber ride directly to Broadway! »

« Our stay at the Harmony House was exactly what we needed. It is conveniently located close to local restaurants, downtown/Broadway, and Vanderbilt. Checkin/out, Communication before/during, and Parking were all quick and easy. We had plenty of space which was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Partially my fault for not thoroughly reading the complete description. That being said, I selected a suite with a balcony. I was surprised there was no fridge or microwave, tables or comfortable chairs. The hotel is pet friendly with a $50 surcharge. I did not expect that. »

« Our first room we were given had a smell, but when we wasn’t to go ask to change to a better room, the room was great and looked like they had recently renovated it. Definitely a way better room »

« When I walked in to the room, there was a slight smell. Not trash. Not sewer. I didn’t think much of it even though it was quite strong. When I woke up this morning, I found one cockroach on the floor. I put it in the toilet. When I was getting dressed, I found two more dead cockroaches in the bedroom area. I left them as they were and took pictures. I found a leg of a cockroach in the kitchen area. I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times and this has never been the case. I did speak privately...
