« L’appartement est très bien placé à 5 mn de Big Ben. L’agencement est top ! L’appartement est très bien équipé, très propre. Tout est pensé pour les courts séjours avec les indispensables fournis. On s’y sent bien. Supermarché à 500 mètres qui permet de faire quelques courses. Le simple vitrage laisse un peu passer le bruit mais comme le quartier est calme ce n’est pas dérangeant. »

« L’emplacement est super. Néanmoins, nous étions dans l’appartement « ground floor » qui était vraiment moyen : Juste à côté de la porte commune qui claque à chaque fois, pas de Clim (il faisait 20 degrés dehors mais bien plus à l’intérieur). On ne pouvait pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte puisque n’importe qui pouvait rentrer dans la chambre. La lumière du couloir ne s’éteint pas ce qui fait rentrer beaucoup de lumière la nuit et le store n’est pas occultant. La douche fuit beaucoup, la table de...

« Points positifs : L'appartement était facile à trouver grâce aux indications fournies. L'emplacement était super avec pleins de commodités (supermarchés, restaurants, transports), on peut facilement accéder au centre de Londres. Points négatifs : isolation phonique (on etait logé au dernier étage, côté route), malheureusement on entendait les voitures, les sirènes, les klaxons.. Ce qui nous a beaucoup gênés pour dormir. Il y avait des remontées de canalisation dans la salle de bain qui...

Au cœur de Picadilly Circus, à deux pas de Oxford Street, Chinatown, Soho et Carnaby. Je recommande vraiment !!! Seul point négatif sur la partie douche, un pommeau de douche serait préférable plutôt qu’un support de type cascade. Mais le reste de la chambre est Top. "

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! I was very impressed by the quality of the welcome we received. All the staff went out of their way to make us happy. We were able to check into our room early, and it was magnificent, located on the top floor of the hotel. I wasn't expecting such a spacious, modern, and beautiful room. I contacted the hotel several times via WhatsApp and the website to get information and report a few issues, and I always received a quick response. When the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night by mistake, we were quickly informed of this by text message, which was much appreciated. I would like to thank the hotel once again, especially Lisa, who was professional and very kind throughout my stay. I will recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again! "
