"No communication with me at all. Never was sent the actual address/location or instructions on how to enter the residence or anything. I was on the island waiting till after the check in, sent a message to the host hours before check in time and received no response. Check in time came and still no response. Never received any response at all I had to call vrbo and get refunded and find another hotel while already on the island at 4pm for a place to stay. "

"The condo is in the perfect location, so close to the pool & beach!! The restaurants on site were perfect, food was always amazing & the employees became friends instantly! The owner Maurice was great with responding to messages with any questions/concerns. Will definitely stay again. "
